Use a free ChatGPT account to create or open your keeper account. You do not need ChatGPT Plus. Sulcata Keeper Plus is a separate membership. Public care guides are available without signing in.

Each person signs in with their own free account. Invite caregivers to selected animals with a start and end date or ongoing access, and revoke access when needed. Individual Plus supports up to 10 caregivers.

Teams includes one administrator and nine staff members, plus 25 caregivers or fosters. Caregivers can see assigned care information and complete shared tasks, without access to private intake or placement notes. The administrator controls invitations and deletion. Organization activation codes are private and must be redeemed within 30 days. Read Teams eligibility and terms.

Set feeding, cleaning, enclosure checks, veterinary visits, and other care tasks by animal and caregiver. Daily or weekly repeats create up to 90 dated occurrences at a time, with a named completion record for each.

Print task completion history and care reports by animal and date, or save as PDF through your device’s print options. Teams also includes organization summaries, animal intake and veterinary history, expenses, and placement follow-ups.

The seven-day preview requires no card and makes no automatic charge. Monthly Plus renews at $2.99 until canceled. Annual Plus is one $29.99 payment for 12 months and does not renew automatically. Check enrollment availability, choose a plan, and manage your membership in Membership & billing.

After access ends, saved handoff instructions and schedule history remain readable and printable; adding or completing shared tasks pauses. Plus weather and community access pause, but you can still remove your own community posts. Your free care tools stay available. Donations do not activate membership.

Schedules show due-task reminders while the page is open and let you download calendar reminders. Imported calendar events do not sync with later schedule changes; alerts depend on your calendar settings.

Basic weather is available in the free care space. Plus adds saved-location planning with nearby station observations, hourly and seven-day forecasts, and official weather notices. Plus weather refreshes every five minutes while visible. Forecasts cannot measure your enclosure.

Phone, email, push, and closed-page alerts are not available. Sensor connections, dated photo timelines, and native iPhone and Android apps are planned with no release dates. You can use the web app on your phone now.

Community rooms let members share photos, questions, and resources under a public display name. Posts appear after owner review; your private care records are not shared.

The care-question helper matches questions to prepared, source-linked guidance. It is not live chat or a veterinary service and does not diagnose, prescribe, or assess images.
